Pepys, Raynes Park
A former cinema turned healthcare building in Raynes Park. We explored redevelopment options and took a new build scheme of 19 apartments with ground floor retail through to pre-application discussions with the council.

Planning secured for the conversion of a 1960s office block in the heart of Aylesbury providing 30 residential apartments, two additional floors and significant exterior alterations.

Twenty One, Hampstead
A complete rebuild of a large family home in Hampstead, providing over 7,000sqft of accommodation designed around the client's brief from concept through to detailed tender. We've supported the client on site throughout.

A complete reconfiguration of a small detached dwelling in Poole, with a series of extensions to create a modern, beach-ready home for a busy family. Phase one is complete with a new roof storey in the pipeline.

Park House 1, NW11
Design and planning for a three-storey rear extension and internal reconfiguration of a family home in north London, providing larger living spaces, extra bedrooms and a playroom. The clients managed the build themselves to a high standard — and came back to us for phase two.

A return to Park House to transform the lower ground floor from an annex into a studio space and home spa. We secured planning permission, produced detailed technical information and are currently supporting the client through the final phase of construction.

One Sixty, Leyton
A challenging corner plot in Leyton, proposing a four-storey new build of five apartments. With tight development margins, we produced a scheme that makes commercial sense while bridging sensitively between the historic Victorian terrace and the emerging streetscape.

Sopers Yard, Hendon
A riverside site in Hendon considered unprofitable due to flood risk. Working directly with the Environment Agency, we identified a viable use class and buildable area within the site. The result was a three-storey mixed use community building, providing key facilities for the local neighbourhood in a tranquil setting.

Leverton, Weybridge
A large residential site in Weybridge where an existing approval for 20+ apartments had stalled due to poor viability. Working with the client, local agents and the planning department, we reframed the scheme as four-storey townhouses with basement accommodation. The revised scheme was supported by the Local Authority, enabling the client to move the site on to a local developer.

Rimon, NW11
Engaged by a small primary school in north London to find realistic and cost-effective ways to increase ancillary spaces, support rooms and staff facilities. A phased approach combined modest additions to the existing building with a more ambitious new block linking the school to the adjacent synagogue, creating shared multi-use spaces for the wider community
