What information do we collect.
When you contact us through the form on this website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry. We also ask how you found us, which helps us understand where our work is being seen.
We don't collect any other personal information and we don't use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.
Why we collect it.
We collect your details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss your project with you. We will never use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we will never share it with third parties.
How long we keep it.
If your enquiry doesn't progress to a project, we'll retain your details for up to twelve months in case you get back in touch. If we work together, we'll keep project-related correspondence for up to six years in line with standard professional practice requirements. After that, it's deleted.
Your rights.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to see the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. If you'd like to do any of these things, just email us at hello@squarepegbureau.com and we'll respond promptly.
Third party services.
This website is hosted on Squarespace, which processes data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policy. When you submit a contact form, your details are stored securely within Squarespace and delivered to us by email. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace, which processes and stores incoming messages on our behalf in accordance with Google's privacy policy. We don't use any other third party services that process your personal data.
