Elsinore, Aylesbury
We recently secured planning permission for the conversion of a 1960’s office block in the heart of Aylesbury to provide 30 new residential apartments. Included in the approval is critical exterior alterations and an additional two storeys to the roof.

Eton Ave, Belsize Park
We’ve been working on the complete overhaul of a top floor apartment in Belsize Park which has been completely stripped back, essential remedial works undertaken including improving thermal and acoustic performance, a rethink of the room uses.
The focus has been on a significant upgrade of fixtures, fittings and finishes, and the wow-factor is added by opening up a vaulted ceiling over the main living space.

We’re currently providing support to our clients with a full alteration of a large apartment in Golders Green, London.
Dropped ceilings, a new kitchen and bathrooms, bespoke joinery and high quality finishes throughout are just some of the highlights of this wholesale refurbishment.
