Development appraisal and pre-planning discussions proposing the demolition of the existing building to be replaced with a new build residential block with retail to the ground floor.

Following on from a detailed development appraisal and brief-building exercise, we developed a scheme to submit to the local authority to explore the potential parameters for redevelopment of this under-utilised real estate plot. The concept design incorporated 19 compliant apartments and a single large retail unit to the ground floor. Discussions also focused on different uses such as hospitality, student or care homes.
