Detailed pre-planning submission seeking demolition of the existing building to be replaced with a new build residential block with retail to the ground floor.

Our client approached us to explore with the local authority the acceptable parameters for redevelopment considering the recent large-scale surrounding development, long-term masterplan for the area and the historic context of the site. The design solution incorporated 9 generous apartments and a single large retail unit to the ground floor.
