Concept study for redevelopment options resulting in pre-application discussion with the Local Authority on a new build scheme to deliver 14 luxury apartments with retail onto the street.

Planning secured for office to residential conversion, exterior alterations and two additional floors to provide 30 apartments.

Twenty One, West Hampstead
We designed and secured planning for the complete rebuild of a large family home to provide over 7’000sqft of luxury living. Swimming pool, spa, cinema room and plenty more spaces to work, rest and play.
We worked with trusted consultants to produce a detailed tender and have supported the client on site.

Park House 1 , Golders Green
A very early project which included design and securing planning permission for a three-storey rear extension and re-configuration of the internal layout to provide larger family space, extra bedrooms and a playroom.
The clients project managed the build and created a very high quality finish throughout.

On a complex site that we’ve returned to a number of times, the challenge was to propose a new build block that could turn the corner between a proposed 4-20 storey new build development and the adjacent victorian terrace.

Sixty Six, Poole
A complete reconfiguration of a small detached dwelling in Poole including a series of extensions to create a modern, beach-ready place for a busy family.
Phase one (ground) is complete and phase two (new roof storey) is in the pipeline.

Park House 2, Golders Green
A return to Park House, this time to transform the lower ground floor from an annex to a studio space and home spa. Incorporating a huge oriel glass window, and reconfiguring the driveway, we secured planning permission and produced detailed technical information.
We’ve been with the client’s throughout the process, which is nearing its final phase.
