Ranging from title deed review, site analysis, concept studies and negotiation with stakeholders to find creative ways to re-use or develop leftover parcels of residential estate land.

Dealing with large legacy portfolios containing many hundreds of individual title deeds, we apply our expertise of both design and planning policy to identify the possible development opportunities within and around the left over spaces of 20th C housing developments. In most cases the land is deemed unsuitable, packaged up and sold on, however the occasional gem appears and we are able to create a brief and design pathway to produce compelling design solutions which are either taken for further examination by the local authority or marketed at auction for significant profit.
