Conservation area approval in Marlow
Plans to extend a 150 year old terrace house in Marlow have been approved by Wycombe Council.
The house, which is situated in the heart of the Old Town and Conservation Area, will be transformed by adding a full width ground floor extension and half width first floor extension. These additions will allow for the ground floor to double in size allowing a contemporary open plan living space, while the first floor extension means the bathroom can be be relocated upstairs and retain 2 good sized double bedrooms.
The tender process has already begun and works should be complete before the end of the year!
