Mitzpe Ramon House

spb have developed a proposal for a unique site overlooking a crater in the desert location. The brief was to make the most of the views but also to respond to the changing use of a family house throughout the day taking into consideration the extreme climate. Known in the office as the "U-Shaped House", the floor plan is arranged with the kitchen and morning garden to the east and the lounge areas to the west. The bedrooms are located to the centre and north to keep as cool as possible. There is also a studio annexe, a lap and splash pool, as well as a private guest suite and all whilst taking advantage of the breath-taking views at every opportunity.
